The Solution
We executed a full migration from Drupal Commerce to Shopify, designing and developing a seamless, high-performance e-commerce experience that gave NYWines everything they needed to grow.
Product & Data Migration
- Mapped thousands of SKUs, product variants, and price points from Drupal to Shopify, carefully preserving data integrity.
- Created custom product metafields to replicate the detailed product information from the old site.
- Restructured product categories to improve navigation and discovery, introducing logical collections that didn’t exist previously.
- Developed a data mapping spreadsheet and custom validation scripts to ensure every product imported accurately and completely.
Technology Integration
