The task
Motif tasked us with creating and running a paid media campaign to support the relaunch of their website. The objectives were to raise awareness of the brand, draw traffic to the website, and drive new business leads.The results
As Motif are a B2B agency, we suggested a LinkedIn campaign to raise brand awareness among specific job roles and industries that matched the job titles and sectors of their existing clients. We also recommended a Google ad campaign to drive awareness and website traffic, capture search intent and drive conversions using Performance Max.We targeted a range of different audiences - primarily those interested in purchasing customer loyalty insight services - as well as ‘look-a-like’ audiences of their website visitors.
For the Google ads, we focussed on search terms related to Motif’s core services, such as customer/consumer insight, market research, market research companies, strategic insight agency, brand loyalty agency, brand strategy, etc.
The creative we designed for the adverts echoed the fresh and colourful branding of the Motif website to ensure that the look and feel of the brand remained consistent across the user journey. To further encourage click-through, the ad messaging highlighted the commercial benefits of Motif’s services, such as client acquisition and revenue growth.
Since launch, the campaign has been monitored on a weekly basis. After the first two weeks, we identified opportunities to optimise performance of the secondary lead generation results (using a dedicated campaign landing page for example) – this secondary phase is currently at planning stage.
