The Task
There was a gap in the market for a user-friendly holiday home website with rich and engaging content. The client wanted to provide buyers with an easy way to explore the benefits of holiday and second home ownership, and for sellers to have an easy and attractive way to advertise their properties and generate leads.We launched a mobile-first website that’s full of rich content and gorgeous imagery that builds on the positive emotions around holidays and leisure activities in order to sell second properties to potential buyers.
We started by looking at other websites and competitors in the property and holiday market. This gave us an overview of the functionality, look and feel we wanted for the project.
The Result
The website is built on the Stamatic platform, which is perfect for the size and complexity of the website and flexible enough to grow as the website expands. The site is optimised for SEO, with a quick and responsive user experience and quick page loading times. With its user-friendly content management system (CMS), it’s also easy for sellers to upload their own parks and properties.In the lead up to (and following on from) the website launch, we ran a paid advertising campaign across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn that targeted specific demographics and keywords to generate more buyers and sellers for holiday homes, and to retarget previously interested users. Organic social media campaigns were also run alongside the paid activity to improve brand reach and awareness.
