The task
API wanted to be able to advertise and sell their latest Motherwell development ‘off-plan’, but - because the development was not yet built - they had nothing to show buyers and investors. We created a range of internal and external visuals, cross sections and 3D floor plans that clearly demonstrated the excellent build quality and luxury finish of their apartments.
The result
API successfully marketed the Motherwell development using the collateral we provided. As a result, the development sold out before the build was even completed.
