We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager with a proven track record in an agency environment to join our vibrant and growing team.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who is driven and detail-orientated, with previous experience in running and managing digital successful campaigns and marketing outputs, including but not limited to: paid search, paid social, and email marketing platforms. If you also have experience with HubSpot, even better.

Our ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and customer focused, as you’ll be required to regularly liaise with our clients regarding their campaigns, providing feedback and results, as well as recommending next steps for improvement. You’ll have a strong of understanding of reporting on analytics, particularly within the Google platforms, as well as running cross-platform marketing campaigns focused on driving traffic and lead generation.

Key Skills:

  • Managing, implementing, and optimising cross-platform digital campaigns, including PPC, Performance Max and Paid Social
  • Strong technical knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising
  • Managing content across social platforms
  • Identifying user behaviour trends and adapting campaigns accordingly
  • Producing in-depth result reports for existing clients
  • Undertaking research and analysis for new client pitches
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and being confident with liaising with clients digitally and in person
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willing to learn new technologies or skills
  • Knowledge of the commercial impact of advertising campaigns and the revenue they generate
  • Good analytical and numerical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work successfully in a fast-paced agency setting
  • Essential: 2+ years within a similar or related role
  • Essential: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Preferable: knowledge of SEO
  • Preferable: experience with HubSpot CRM
