Our new Marketing Assistant – (Anya)

Hi! I am Anya, the new marketing assistant at Cambridge Creative.

Every morning, I wake up, grab my bike, and head over to the office. Luckily it is just a short 10 minutes away. Super handy for me! Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. The office never fails to keep you entertained and there is always something to have a laugh about. It is an amazing working environment which I have easily settled into.

This job is full of new and exciting different things every day, which is what I really enjoy. From social media content planning, to sending e-shots, to video editing; I love switching between each task I get given and learning so many new things every day.

As the new marketing assistant, I have a lot to live up to from following in Millie’s footsteps. Luckily, I have her guiding me through each thing, always letting me ask questions, and lending a helpful hand. It is a very fast paced environment but so interesting and easy when you understand how everything works.

One of my favourite jobs to do is engaging on social media and making and editing videos and reels. Especially since I get to use the skills I learnt at university and on my documentary film-making course in Barcelona! I really like being able to have total creative control, and then seeing the results after we have posted them.

Once I got the hang of things, I took over a huge new project called Experience Britain. This has been a big challenge for me as there has been so much to do. But it seems to be going well, and it is very rewarding! I love talking to clients, adding content to the website, and learning all about the Holiday home industry. Especially when I get to chat to Jim, my boss, and hear all his ideas and views. Working here is great because I am always surrounded by people who are so talented and full of knowledge.

I am very excited to see how much Experience Britain grows in the next few months.
