Got An Eye For Web Design?

23/05/22

We live surrounded by user experiences. Nowadays, it’s rare for a product to not be designed as a reflection of our behaviours – even if we’re not aware of it! Whether that’s with a service, in the way we seek information, how we expect products to look, or the way we use websites, it’s likely been carefully planned out to maximise the overall sales potential.

If you already knew that, read on – because we’ve got the perfect role for you!

We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior UX & UI Designer with a passion for user-centred web design and a proven track record in leading the creation of beautiful, effective online customer journeys.

You’ll be on the pulse with the latest UX & UI design trends and principles, looking to push your skills further. Proactive and driven with a user-centred design (UCD) approach to UI and interaction design, you’ll have great communication with a strong collaborative work ethic, be open to feedback and if you have a keen interest in the development and upkeep of design systems, even better!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership by conceptualising and creating end to end UX & UI design projects

  • User-centred design approach with a focus on accessibility
  • Ability to extract and visualise both client and customer needs

  • Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt ideas to clients and colleague’s feedback
  • Great work ethic and willing to put in the effort required for a great outcome

We can offer:

  • Salary of £35,000 – £45,000, dependant on experience
