Starting in 2019, Lauren has really gone through an amazing journey. With many different clients, projects and not to forget working through covid, it’s safe to say she is definitely the person to ask when you have a question around here! She is always working closely with the whole team, keeping an eye on things, and making sure everything is performed to the best possible standards.
So, with her recent promotion, here are some questions we asked her!
What is your favourite thing about working at Cambridge Creative?
“My favourite thing about Cambridge Creative is working with such a great group of people. There is not a day that goes by that’s not filled with jokes, laughs and an upbeat environment, which is what you need in Marketing. Everyone gets along and it is a great working environment.”
What is your favourite job/task to do at work?
“Every part is my favourite, it’s hard to single out one! There are so many different choices, the people, the clients, the variety of work etc. But if I really had to choose, it would be looking after, and running CGI Pros. It’s my little baby. I have really become passionate about CGI and 3D animation, there is so much unlimited potential for it, and being able to focus on it in my day-to-day life, is so rewarding.”
What is one thing you want to improve on this year?
“I would say to continue delivering excellent customer service, and I also want to raise the bar for people management.”
What is one thing you are super proud of?
“It has to be this promotion to being Account Director! I honestly thought I’d never get here, me as an account director?! Super proud. I am also proud of how far Cambridge Creative has actually come as a whole. It has grown so much since I started in 2019, and it’s only going to get better!
